Bitter Sweet
Bitter-Sweet was an installation at the end of a selective artist-in-residence experience in Lancaster,Ohio. The large installation involved an array of dead trees made out of recycled paper products (dead-trees themselves) mixed with real trees.

Concept:
The crux of the project involved thousands of lolli-pops attached to the trees that visitors were allowed to take, thus depleting the only color and sweetness of the installation. The lolli-pops were not replenished during the project as is the case in many real-world natural depletions.
